*Skilled Laborer* *About the Company* Trinity Underground is a boutique civil construction company specializing in 1 to 5-acre residential sub-divisions. Trinity offers cradle to grave horizontal services from grading thru paving/ C of O for Phoenix area developers and home builders. Trinity Underground is a local grading, paving, and site utilities company that was _*built by developers for developers*_. We work closely with the developers to accelerate their ability to commence vertical construction early on in the civil development phase and micro manage the critical path to insure timely project completion. Our offices are centrally located off of Guadalupe and Kyrene right off of Interstate 10! *About the Role* We are currently recruiting for a 30 day minimum skilled laborer at a Tempe/South Phoenix based company. Please read the responsibilities and qualifications to determine if you might be a good fit for this role. *Responsibilities* * Performing miscellaneous labor tasks including digging, conduit installation, hauling/loading materials, ground grading, measuring, compacting, etc. * Following instructions accurately and completing assigned courses of action * Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other laborers when necessary * Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards * Ready to learn from on-the-job training at all times * Perform site clean-up * Safely operate hand and power tools with direction from superior * Follow all company safety policies and practices * Other duties as assigned *Qualifications* * Knowledge of construction a plus * Must be organized, detail oriented and have an eye for quality. * Must be able to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stand for long periods of time * 2 years laborer experience * Dry utilities experience preferred * Job Type: Temporary position guaranteed for 30 days with the option to extend Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * On-the-job training * Tools provided People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: * Residential construction: 2 years (Required) * Underground Utilities: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
