Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate role will be central to our finance team, supporting our Accounting Manager in delivering accurate and reliable financial statements and reports.What You Will Be Getting Involved InThe role will be heavily involved in the month-end close process for multiple entities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join our finance team. The AR Associate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices.This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesAs we are still a small team, you can expect to get involved in many aspects of the finance function; however, your key responsibilities will include:Process and post customer payments and refunds accurately and promptlyFollow up with company stakeholders regarding outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepanciesReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly postedGenerate and distribute regular aging reports and statementsInvestigate and resolve billing issues or disputes in collaboration with sales and customer service teamsPrepare bank deposits and assist with month-end closing proceduresAssist in maintaining accurate records of accounts and financial statements transactionsSupport audits and provide documentation as neededTHE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE:Play a pivotal role in a timely month-end close processUnderstand the AR systems and processes, and identify inefficiencies or gaps in the current workflowsEnsure a complete and accurate aging receivables reportDeliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements for multiple entities, with no significant errorsClear communication of month-on-month, quarter-on-quarter, and year-on-year variances in financial statementsWhat You Might Bring To The TableYou don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role.
