Job Description
An Administrative Assistant should perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
What you will do:
Answer Incoming Phone Calls for the Naples Office
Manage and Submit Geotechnical Permits
Review CMT Reports/Create and Edit CMT Proposals
Assist with Field Engineer MetaField Software Management
Assist the Biller in Review of CMT Invoices
Assist the Office Manager with A/R and Billing
Complete/Notarize Lien Releases
Manage and Assist in Archiving Project Files
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel, QuickBooks, and MS Office
Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have clean drug screen and background check
Working hours M-F 8am-5pm
