The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe care delivery. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments, implement NICU‐specific care plans, administer medications, and manage ventilators/CPAP/high‐flow equipment. Respond to neonatal emergencies, resuscitations, and rapid changes in patient condition using NRP and PALS protocols. Provide parent/family education, maintain accurate documentation, and actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care coordination.
