Role: Hands & Feet Support EngineerLocation : Dresher, PA (Onsite)ContractJob Description: Onsite Support: Assisting with hardware issues.Basic application related supportImaging for laptop replacementsTroubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Office 365 appsAssisting with mobile device setup or troubleshootingInstalling, configuring and updating software applicationsAssisting with onsite A/V equipment and meeting setupPassword reset and account managementBasic network connectivity troubleshooting, prior to escalationPerforming routine hardware provisioning / de-provisioning tasksMaintain inventory within ITAMOccasional travel to support other remote offices for smart-hands supportFlexible to work on-call and will be required to work on demand basisFlexible to work over the weekendsFlexible to work odd shifts / extended shiftsShould be able to lift and shift IT equipment weighing ~30-40 poundsWork responsibilities include packing and shipping of IT equipment.
