Paid Social Supervisor (Hybrid)

Growing digital agency is searching for a Paid Social Supervisor to join their team in NYC. This is a growth opportunity and the agency represents a progressive office culture with many examples of internal promotions. Ideal candidates will have experience in paid social across various platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X, etc.The Paid Social Supervisor will be responsible for campaign management, quality assurance, and campaign delivery. Ideal candidates must be able to train, mentor, and help on-board more junior team members, challenge existing processes, help bring new ideas to4-7 years of experience in online advertising, specifically with paid social including Linkedin, Meta, X, YouTube, etcAbility to take full ownership of client accounts and demonstrate competency for campaign planning, strategy recommendations, budgeting, managing client relationships, etc.Experience playing a role in strategy and developing recommendations for new campaigns and clientsPace, forecast, and monitor all budgetsConduct daily optimizations against campaign goalsAnalyze metrics, provide progress reports, and suggest new optimizations, promotions, and initiatives for all social campaignsCreate and provide detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reportsConduct targeting and optimization data analysis to drive performanceStrong data analytics and strategy background, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google AnalyticsDeep understanding of advanced integrated media strategy and conceptsHold client facing responsibilities including reporting calls and special projectsKnowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookTime management and problem-solving skillsPassion for working on a fast-growing teamSALARY: $90,000 - $125,000
