Key Responsibilities Design and deliver global compensation and benefits programs Govern compensation philosophy and job architecture effectively Manage benefits renewals and open enrollment processes Oversee long-term incentive plans, equity programs, and technology platforms Collaborate closely with Talent Management on compensation activities Requirements 10+ years in Human Resources with 7+ years in total rewards Proven experience in public companies and global environments Strong HR AI skills to enhance delivery and efficiency Bachelor's degree; certification in compensation preferred Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams Utilize your strategic expertise to enhance global compensation and benefits while fostering a positive workplace culture.
