Responsible for reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and illustrating data.Pay RangeMinimum $78,229 Midpoint $103,667 Maximum $129,085Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in an analyst role with significant data analysis. Preferred: Four (4) years of experience in a managed care organization such as a health plan, management services organization (MSO), IPA or related industry.Education Required: Professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college or five (5) years of equivalent work experience in lieu of education and certification requirement. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration.Training Required: None required.Specialized Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups. Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, and Word. Ability to set goals and assess results in accordance with the highest standards; work with sensitivity and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote. Preferred: Proficiency in management information systems such as EZCap 6.0, Cozeva, Crystal Reports and web-based provider portals. Previous experience working in a reporting/analytics team. Strong project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, including system, process and business analysis for problem solving, product evaluation, effective organization of responsibilities and ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.Licensure Required: None required.Work Environments - Functional DemandSedentary - Very light energy level Lift 10 lbs. box overhead.
