Venture Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Innovation Operations Ventures Analyst. Key Responsibilities Supports financial management of venture and innovation initiatives by monitoring project budgets and financial performance Prepares financial models and analyses to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of venture initiatives and strategic partnerships Coordinates invoicing processes and tracks venture-related expenditures to ensure compliance with financial procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field 4 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, operations analysis, venture support, or related analytical role Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and forecasting Proficiency with spreadsheet and financial modeling tools Knowledge of healthcare systems, innovation programs, or venture initiatives preferred
