Company Values & Culture: Detail oriented, quality and precision-focused Innovative, innovative and educated risk-taking Outcome oriented, results, focused with strong performance culture Stable, traditional, strong processes Team oriented, cooperative and collaborative Duties - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Manage waitlist during peak hours - Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests - Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service - Monitor dining room for cleanliness and organization - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests Requirements -Must work weekends - Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices; one year as host/hostess preferred - Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Education High school diploma or equivalent experience Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
