This is not a traditional software engineering role where success is measured by how much code someone writes by hand. The team is building with coding agents at the center of the development process.The right candidate will be defined by their ability to orchestrate AI tools, move quickly, think in systems, and ship production-quality software at a dramatically faster pace than a traditional engineering workflow.About the RoleOur client is looking for Full-Stack Engineers who can operate in an AI-native engineering environment.The platform is TypeScript-heavy across the full stack, with AWS infrastructure underneath.
