**Duties:**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the dealership.
- Assist with directing customers to the appropriate service areas and personnel.
- Support the delivery driver in coordinating vehicle movements within the dealership premises.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a dealership or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base, including bilingual proficiency (a plus).
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Experiance in cleaning vehicles and performing vehicle details
- Experience as a delivery driver is beneficial but not required.
