You’ll help ensure customer expectations are met while driving operational excellence, process improvement, and compliance with global quality standards in an automotive-focused manufacturing environment.In This Role, You WillLead all site-level quality assurance activities and initiativesEnsure compliance with ENTEK global quality standards and customer expectationsSupport and improve quality systems, processes, and operational proceduresProvide leadership for problem-solving and corrective action activitiesDrive continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and operational performanceManage third-party audits, including IATF, VDA, customer, and supplier auditsPromote accountability and ownership of KPI performance across teamsLead quality education, coaching, and development initiatives for operational employeesMentor and develop quality team members and direct reportsEnsure issues are addressed quickly and effectively to minimize operational impactCollaborate with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to support quality objectivesParticipate in budget planning and capital investment discussions related to quality initiativesFoster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with ENTEK’s core valuesRequirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a strong quality leader with automotive manufacturing experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic production environment.Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s degree (minimum two-year degree) and at least five (5) years of quality experience in an automotive manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, IATF, and VDA requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret technical procedures, regulations, and quality documentationExperience developing and leading quality systems and process improvementsProven leadership and supervisory experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and disciplines simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or ScienceTen (10) years of experience in a strong automotive quality roleKorean or Japanese language proficiencyExperience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis softwareYour Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, exempt position with working hours based on operational needs.
