Seo & Digital Marketing Manager

We are The Ryan Law Group, a full-service personal injury law firm located in Manhattan Beach, CA. We are looking for a full-time SEO & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team!Our office is located right at the intersection of Highland and Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach, with a beautiful view of the beach right from our windows. The Strand and the sand are just a two-minute walk away and offer a great way to spend your lunch break!Responsibilities:Responsibilities (not limited to):Report to the Chief Operating Officer.Plan and write blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and legal guides for the firm's website.Identify competitor keyword and content gaps.Create content for a variety of personal injury practice areas and geographic markets.Update old content to improve rankings.Optimize the firm's website structure and pages.Ensure the firm's information is consistent across platforms (website, Google Business Profiles, attorney directories, etc.)Monitor and develop backlinks.Manage the firm's Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads campaigns.Qualifications:Requirements:Must be able to commute to and work in-person at our office in Manhattan Beach between 8-4:30, 8:30-5, or 9-5:30Close attention to detailOrganizedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOutgoing personality, people personAble to multitaskGood follow-up and follow-through with tasksTeam playerEducation and/or Experience:• At least 2 years of SEO/digital marketing experience (legal experience preferred, but not required)• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year universityAbout Company:Our work environment includes:Relaxed atmosphere, close to the beachOpportunities for professional growth and developmentBusiness casual work attireSupportive and inclusive workplace cultureView of the ocean from our officePlenty of employee appreciation & team bonding activitiesBenefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid time offOpportunities for raises, bonuses, and other performance incentives
