Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse (RN) Providing direct patient centered care, coordinating with doctors, assessing patient needs, administering meds/treatments, monitoring vitals, maintaining records and educating patients/families. On call is required. Registered Nurse (RN) Duties Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Taking vitals, recording symptoms, observing behavior, and assessing health status. Care Planning: Developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Medication & Treatments: Administering drugs, performing would care and first aid as well as monitoring for effectiveness/adverse reactions of medications. Collaboration: Working with physicians and other professionals to make treatment decisions. Patient & Family Education: Teaching about conditions & treatments. Documentation: Maintaining accurate, detailed health records.
