Thisposition supports the full lifecycle of the sales process, from identifying and cultivating new businessopportunities to assisting with the coordination and execution of events booked by the Sales Department.The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of sales pipeline management and effectiveprospecting strategies, while collaborating closely with internal departments, clients, and vendors toensure seamless event execution, exceptional guest experiences, and overall client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesProactive Sales• Identify, solicit, + secure new business through outbound sales efforts• Build and manage a segmented pipeline across key industries (Corporate, Social, SMERF,DMC, Tour & Travel, etc.)• Leverage market insights + competitor analysis to maximize revenue opportunities +achieve goals• Develop + maintain strong client relationships through outreach, site tours, and industrynetworking• Manage client correspondence from initial contact to turnover• Represent the venue at tradeshows, networking events, + client entertainment opportunities• Act as brand ambassador, upholding venue standards + company values• Maintain partnerships with local hotels, vendors, + industry organizations• Support development + upkeep of sales collateral + online listings• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, activity, + reporting• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly prospecting goals + annual team sales goals• Submit weekly reporting to DOS + GM• Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably directed by CompanyEvent Logistics• Assist in creating + finalizing event advances with DOS• Coordinate all event logistics including rentals, equipment, floor setup + breakdown• Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled meetings such as Production + Pre-ShiftMeetings• Ensure special events are staffed appropriately with Scheduling Coordinator + Director ofOps• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality service + client satisfaction• Assist Operations Managers + floor staff with execution of special events• Serve as liaison between client + Brooklyn Bowl team members throughout event• Conduct site inspections + walkthroughs with clients as requested• Verify deposit + payment tracking schedules• Complete post-event reporting, reconciliation, + settlement• Maintain in-house inventory + coordinate repairs or replacements• Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably directed by CompanyTHE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES LISTED IN THIS DESCRIPTION DO NOT CONSTITUTE THE TERMS OF ANY AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or events• Strong understanding of local and regional market• Bachelor's degree preferred• Experience with CRM/Event platforms (Tripleseat strongly preferred)• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Self-starter with proactive mindset• Professional demeanor with ability to engage executive-level clients• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays• Applicants must possess work authorization in the U.S.CompensationAnnual Salary: $66,300.00 plus commissionTo apply, please send your resume to Lia@brooklynbowl.comBrooklyn Bowl strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of age,ancestry, color, religious creed (including religious dress and grooming practices), family and medicalcare leave or the denial of family and medical care leave, mental or physical disability, marital status,domestic partner status, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, politicalaffiliation, national origin (including language use restrictions), citizenship, race, sex (includingpregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and medical conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth orbreastfeeding), gender, gender identity, and gender expression, sexual orientation, or any other basisprotected by applicable federal, state or local law, rule, ordinance or regulation.We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.You will be working in an inclusive environment and be encouraged to bring your whole self to work.We will do all that we can to help you successfully balance your work and home life.
