Looking for a reliable front desk agent to join our team! If you enjoy guest interaction, and staying productive, this could be the perfect role for you.Schedule: Friday – Sunday, must be flexible to cover additional shifts when neededYou'll be the only team member on property for most of your shift, so dependability and good judgment are essential.What You'll DoGreet and check in guests with a friendly, professional attitudeComplete nightly audit procedures, reports, and system balancingRespond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptlyMonitor the property to maintain safety and securityKeep the front desk and lobby clean and organizedAnswer phones, take reservations, and handle inquiriesPrepare daily reports for management and following teamWhat We're Looking ForBilingual in English and Spanish (required) — many of our guests and team members speak SpanishFlexible availability — willing to pick up additional shifts, cover call-outs, and adjust schedule as the property needsDependable and punctual, every shiftStrong customer service and communication skillsAble to work independently and stay alert through the nightComfortable with basic computer tasks and problem-solvingPrevious hotel or front desk experience is a plusSerious inquiries only.If you're responsible, motivated, and ready to work, we'd love to meet you.
