Senior Account Executive – Senior Business DevelopmentA new senior business development role has opened due to growth and new 2025 budget. Rainier Recruiting has partnered with a national IT staffing and IT services company who is seeking a motivated and client-focused Senior Account Executive to join a growing team supporting customers across the West Coast. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development and a proven track record in the staffing or recruiting industry. The role focuses on building new client partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative, relationship-based sales.CompensationBase salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus commission, with total OTE of $130,000 - $150,000 in the first year.
