Construction Superintendent Career OpportunityCharlotte, NC (100% Local)We are representing a well established Charlotte based General Contractor with a strong reputation and consistent pipeline of work across the industrial manufacturing and commercial sectors.This opportunity is for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the field execution of 1 or more large scale ground up projects ranging from $10M to $40M+. Many projects include industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and commercial office buildings, frequently utilizing tilt-wall construction methods.All projects are 100% local to Charlotte, allowing the right leader to run major projects while staying close to home. This role is ideal for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys leading complex projects, mentoring field teams, and partnering closely with project leadership to drive successful project delivery.What You'll Be Doing:Lead full field execution of ground up construction projects from mobilization through completionManage site teams including Assistant Superintendents and field staffCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite logisticsDrive project schedule and maintain critical milestonesEnsure safety, quality, and site standards are maintained at all timesPartner closely with Project Managers on budget, schedule, and project executionRun subcontractor meetings and site coordination meetingsMaintain daily reporting, site logs, and project documentationOversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specificationsServe as the primary field leader with ownership teams and trade partnersMust Have Qualifications:Current Superintendent with a General Contractor8+ years of experience as a SuperintendentGround up construction project experience requiredProject experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial constructionExperience managing projects typically $10M to $40M+Tilt-wall construction experience strongly preferredProven ability to lead large projects and manage field teamsWhat’s Offered:100% Local Charlotte projectsStrong backlog and continued company growthHighly competitive base salary and bonus structureCompany truck or vehicle allowanceFull benefits package including PTO and 401K matchOpportunity to lead major projects with a well respected GCAPPLY NOW!
