Livingston Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Dietary SupervisorLivingston Hills Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a Dietary Supervisor to work for our Skilled Nursing facility in Hudson, NY.DUTIES:Plans, assigns & inspects the work of Food Service StaffSchedules and assigns staff, prepares department payroll for data entrySupervises the storage & care of food and suppliesOversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipmentCheck's residents trays for consistency with specified menu and works on tray line at meal timesAssists cooks with production of meals for service, as requiredCoordinates and plans food preparation activities for special eventsREQUIREMENTS:Prior Supervisor experienceCertification in healthcare cooking (ServSafe or Sodexo)Excellent communication skillsMust be able to work as a team memberLOCATION:Hudson, NYABOUT US:Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehab is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Hudson, NY
