System Administrator (Junior Level)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with 5+ years of expertise and a technical Bachelor's degree to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. ResponsibilitiesSupport the troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsProvide Tier 1 Help Desk support to customersIdentify problems and work to diagnose and resolve the issueConduct account management activities for usersPerform vulnerability scanning using provided security toolsInstall and implement security patches to ensure the IT systems meet security standards.
