We have a strong pipeline of business, and the growth we are experiencing is exciting.We are currently searching for an experienced, ambitious EPC Scheduler/Planner 02 for Utility-Scale Solar Energy Projects. We are looking for future leaders with a proven track record.Reports to: Scheduling/Planning ManagerWorks closely with: Subcontractors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Controls, and Field Construction StaffKey Responsibilities:Support the project team with all scheduling and planning activities.Develop, own, and maintain the P6 master schedule for your assigned projects.Collect progress information from Subcontractors and integrate their data into the master P6 schedule.Facilitate weekly schedule update meetings with the project teams.Provide project analytics and KPIs for month-end project financial reporting (earned value, SPI, milestone progress, etc.).Compile schedule and progress reports (Actual vs. Plan and S-curves).Enforce project team compliance to maintain schedule integrity.Assist in the development of bid/proposal schedules and forecasts.Communicate risk and opportunities based on analysis of the schedule.A successful candidate will have the following Skills/Experience/Abilities:Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally.Experience in EPC construction; utility-scale solar experience a plus.Experience working with owner representatives and subcontractors involved with the project.Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with co-workers, service providers, and customers.Ability to think strategically and synthesize information from multiple sources.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with minimal direction.Proficient in resource and cost-loaded scheduling.Advanced proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling systems.Advanced proficiency in basic Microsoft 365 products (PowerBI a plus).Education: College degree required. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative major a plus.3+ years of experience in a role as an EPC Scheduler/Planner.PMP or AACEI Scheduling certifications a plus.Additional InformationHybrid work schedule, 3 days in-office + 2 days work-from-home.Travel to project sites highly recommended.Signal Energy, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
