Senior Accountant A growing real estate organization is looking to hire a Senior Accountant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is strong in reconciliations, and can manage a tight 5-day close across multiple entities. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle property accounting for multiple real estate entities Perform high-volume account reconciliations and detailed balance sheet work Lead month-end close over 5 days, including journal entries and variance analysis Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) Work closely with operations and property management teams What We’re Looking For 5–6+ years of real estate or property accounting experience Strong reconciliation skills and detail-oriented approach Proven ability to handle short closes and complex entity structures Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Strong Excel skills and hands-on accounting mindset This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership, pace, and growth within a collaborative real estate team.
