To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and proactive in order to provide exceptional service to our clients in a fast paced and high pressure environment. This position reports to the Director, Ticket Sales and Service. This is a full-time position based onsite in Oakland with frequent travel to San Francisco for games, events, and meetings. Key ResponsibilitiesExpand, enhance, and sustain relationships with an assigned book of season ticket holder accountsLead department projects and/or game night responsibilitiesIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of issues related to season tickets and membershipsMaintain frequent communication with clients, providing detailed knowledge of all products and services offered by Golden State ValkyriesAnswer routine phone calls related to game night logistics, customer profile changes, and account transactionsParticipate in annual projects related to seat relocation, renewals, and playoffsOther duties as assigned Required Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years of customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skillsAbility to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organizationAbility to efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects at once Time CommitmentAbility to maintain a flexible schedule as evenings and weekends may be required Compensation$24.00 per hour + BonusComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for employees and dependentsEmployer 401K matchVacation and generous paid time off plan for pregnancy and parental leavesPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
