Material Handler

OverviewWe are looking for a Material Handler 3 to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This role involves both physical handling of materials and administrative tracking of inventory and shipments.Day-to-Day Responsibilities• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices• Store, stock, and distribute materials across warehouse or manufacturing lines• Package and prepare products for shipment, including labeling and shipment documentation• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records• Review and fulfill customer or internal material requests• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts (as needed)• Lift and move materials and equipment as requiredMust-Have Skills• Experience with material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations• Experience packaging products, ideally including delicate or intricate assemblies• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions• Inventory tracking and basic data entry experiencePreferred Skills• Forklift or MHE experience (certification preferred)• Experience handling high-value or sensitive components• Familiarity with process improvement and safety standards• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Work Environment• On-site in a warehouse or manufacturing setting• Requires physical work including lifting and moving materialsInterview Process• 30-minute phone interview with hiring manager• 2-hour on-site interview with supervisors and engineers, including facility tour
