Regional Vice President of Sales Location: Must be located in Atlanta, GAReports To: Division A PresidentTravel: 50 -75%Position SummaryThe Regional Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the Division A sales team to drive demand generation and achieve volume goals through close partnership with operations, use of data driven market insights and overall executional excellence. This executive will help develop and pull through the Division A sales strategy, build and lead high-performing teams, and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful imaging center launches and sustained performance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipExecute the national sales strategy in a manner that is supportive of the Division A business needsLead annual sales planning, volume forecasting, and quota setting for Division ATranslate strategy into field execution plans to maximize successIdentify new growth opportunities across markets and regionsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales leadership team (Regional Sales Directors and Sales Representatives)Establish performance management processes, coaching cadence, and develop a bench of talented successorsFoster a culture of accountability, compliance, collaboration, and resultsCommercial ExecutionDrive consistent achievement of volume, revenue and EBITDA targetsOversee commercial execution of new imaging center launchesOptimize sales force structure, territory alignment, and call planningPartner with Sales Center of Excellence, Operations, Marketing, Managed Care, and Training to ensure integrated executionAnalytics & Performance ManagementUtilize CRM, data analytics, and business intelligence to drive performanceMonitor KPIs and provide executive-level reporting and insightsContinuously improve sales processes, tools, and productivity including utilization of business planning at all levels in the sales organizationCompliance & GovernanceEnsure all sales activities adhere to company compliance standardsPromote ethical selling and regulatory adherence across the organizationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of medical related sales leadership experienceProven track record leading multi-regional sales teamsDeep understanding of U.S. healthcare systemsFinancial acumen and analytical capabilityKey Competencies:Strategic thinking and execution excellenceInspirational leadership and talent developmentData-driven decision makingStrong communication and executive presenceCross-functional collaborationHigh integrity and compliance mindset
