Deburr Operator

Job Title This position provides performs deburring operations of heat-treated customer products.An Overview Of What You'll Be Doing Properly operates deburr machinery (40 cuft, 12cuft, 8 cuft, cob dryer, vibe 10, vibe 4, baby barrel, hoist operation, green shaker, etc.) Properly stages parts Properly reads Trac numbers Proper disposal of wastewater and waste items Operates dip tank and spinner Understands different types of media and how they interact with parts Recognizes proper unloading times for partsSkills & Abilities Required:Safety-first mindset Strong analytical skills Ability to understand and lead work instructions (WI), process instructions (PI) and quality manual (QM) Ability to drive a forklift. Ability to accurately complete basic mathematics functions.Preferred:6 12 months of manufacturing and/or logistics experience is preferred Problem solving skills. Teamworking skills Detail oriented. Coachable Ability to work with minimal supervision. Multitasking skillsQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 6 12 months of manufacturing and/or logistics experience is preferred.
