Assistant General Manager

We are a premier event production, rentals, and creative services company seeking a high-caliber Assistant General Manager to oversee and lead operations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring excellence across both the creative agency side and the logistical and operational side of our business.This role will act as second-in-command to the General Manager and will step into full responsibility for managing all aspects of the Las Vegas location’s performance, including profitability, forecasting, safety, team leadership, and client satisfaction.What You’ll DoServe as the operational leader for the Las Vegas locationOversee all departments, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and adherence to established processesManage sales and labor forecasting, interpreting financial reports to make proactive adjustmentsLead people operations including attendance management, performance management, conflict resolution, and onboardingBridge creative and logistical teams, fostering collaboration between agency staff, event designers, warehouse, and trucking crewsEnsure seamless execution of large-scale activations, rentals, and production servicesMaintain vendor contracts, manage budgets, and uphold quality standardsWhy Join UsThis is not just an operations role.
