What began in 1986 has become a beloved Rhode Island summer tradition and is always free and open to the public.As we prepare for our 40th Anniversary Festival, we're expanding our volunteer team to ensure this joyful community event continues for generations to come.This is a grassroots effort powered by passionate people who believe public joy matters. We welcome first-time volunteers, students, retirees, creatives, and community members who want to help sustain a 40-year tradition.
