In this role, the incumbent will also serve as the global supply chain data expert and drive the standardization of organizational data practices and architecture.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python)Independently format, re-structure, and/or validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysisSynthesize business needs with your partners and stakeholders to prioritize what analytical tools to build, set goals, and help steer the definition of global supply chain KPIsUse data to identify supply chain process gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and track value brought to the business from key initiativesDesign, build, configure, test, debug, and maintain various reports and dashboardsDevelop hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test themInfluence partners and end users to employ world-class data governance and management practicesBuild credibility through structure and clarity, and become a trusted data resource and process expertRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience5+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and querying databases or statistical analysis3+ years of professional experience in supply chain related fieldAdvanced proficiency to visualize data using PowerBI and/or Tableau desiredExperience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP BI desiredUse custom data infrastructure or existing data models as appropriate, using specialized knowledgeExcellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to think creatively, strategically, and technicallyThis role may require 10% or less of business travel for global team meetings. SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $96,600to $135,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
