Job Title: Loan Servicing SpecialistAt Regions, the Loan Servicing Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesReceives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as neededReviews loan documentation for accuracyCompletes validation of loan documentation, reports, and/or systemsDocuments missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and/or dataPerforms data entry and/or enters loans into the appropriate systemsResolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary and communicates when applicablePrepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects documents/reportsResearches and resolves loan related issues which may include missing payments, disputed accounts history requests and general loan related questionsWorks under general supervision following established guidelines and proceduresThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDApplicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the positionPreferencesOne (1) year of banking or related work experienceSkills and CompetenciesData entry and typing skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong time managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsOnsite expectations of Monday-Thursday with every Friday worked from home.Full timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
