Director of Finance

We are looking for a Director of Finance who will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing all the financial aspects of the business with the main goal of achieving company's financial objectives.We are expecting you to have a strong knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles as this position is critical to our business success.Responsibilities:Plan, implement and manage the overall financial strategyBe aware of the company's financial position at all timeAct in a timely manner if problems ariseConstantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimizationOversee and manage the company’s finance IT systemSet targets for finance personnelSet up KPIs for financial performanceMonitor and present KPI reports regularlyPlan and manage all audit and internal control operationsDevelop fundraising strategy and build close relationships with partners and investorsDo research and make forecastsAdhere to financial laws and guidelinesQualifications:Previous working experience as Director of Finance or similar roleDegree in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant fieldThorough knowledge of corporate financial operationsHands on experience with MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
