Solutions Engagement Director
Job Description: Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert throughout the sales process, guiding prospects through solution evaluation and designTranslate Verity Solutions' capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to each prospect's operational and clinical needsPartner with Sales Directors to support customer relationships, gather feedback, and inform solution positioningRespond proactively to technical and functional questions that arise during the sales cycleDocument customer interactions, follow‐ups, and insights accurately within SalesforceCollaborate with Sales leadership to plan and execute solution designs for client engagementsSupport savings analyses for prospective clients' contract pharmacy networksProvide structured customer feedback to Product Management to inform roadmap priorities and enhancementsEnsure customer data, engagement summaries, and key insights are accurately maintained and leveraged in SalesforceSupport RFP responses through data collection, analysis, and solution articulationRepresent Verity Solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer webinarsCollaborate cross‐functionally with Evernorth, Operations, and Product Management partners to support client and sales initiativesRequirements: Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experienceStrong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain technical and functional concepts to diverse audiencesProven comfort engaging with IT, pharmacy staff, and senior executives including VP‐ and C‐level stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsExperience working in a goal‐oriented, sales‐driven environmentAbility to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and product teamsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)Benefits: health-related benefits including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs401(k)company paid life insurancetuition reimbursementa minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year and paid holidays
