Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner

Hood Cleaning Job Description Northland Fire & Safety, Inc. is looking to fill a full time hood cleaning position. This position involves traveling in a company vehicle with a co-worker and cleaning grease from a customer's kitchen exhaust system (fan, duct, filters, hoods, appliances, etc). Approximately 70% of these jobs are completed at night with the remainder being cleaned during the morning or afternoon. Employee will be eligible for a raise after training. Employees will be working with pressure washing equipment, water, scrapers, plastic, degreasers and kitchen grease. Northland Fire & Safety, Inc. has been in business for over 35 years. Additional Hood Cleaning Information Additional Notes/Responsibilities/Requirements Basic mechanical ability Occasional out of town overnights paid by the company + per diem Relatively physically fit Ability to climb ladders, floors, kneeling Must have 3 years of active driving experience. Flexible Schedule to the nature of the work schedule Will be able to park the company van at your house if you live in the Twin Ports. Typical cleaning nights are Sunday through Thursday.
