Through its global reach and long-term commitment, the organization aims to create meaningful impact on social challenges.About the Opportunity:The Senior Applications Administrator will lead the management and evolution of the Freshservice IT service management platform. This role is central to optimizing and automating service management processes, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational improvements. The position plays a key role in enhancing employee support and collaborating across multiple teams to advance IT service capabilities.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Freshservice platform.• Configure and maintain workflows, automations, service catalogs, business rules, SLAs, and integrations.• Manage the IT Support Portal, Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and Change Management Portal.• Optimize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Release Management processes.• Oversee platform updates, testing, documentation, and continuous improvements.• Monitor platform performance, data quality, and adoption metrics.• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automations supporting onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and leave processes.• Build and support integrations with systems including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, HR systems, and collaboration platforms.• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, APIs, and integration platforms.• Manage automated user provisioning and deprovisioning aligned with security and compliance requirements.• Lead ITSM best practices, governance, and platform enhancements.• Support Change Advisory Board processes and service management adoption.• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure effectiveness.• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement solutions.• Provide training and maintain documentation.• Manage relationships with Freshworks support and third-party vendors.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field preferred.• 3–5 years of experience administering applications in an enterprise environment.• Minimum of 3 years administering enterprise service management or workflow platforms.• 1–3 years of hands-on Freshservice administration experience.• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management principles.• Experience designing and implementing workflow automations.• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.• Familiarity with user account lifecycle management and provisioning.• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and workflow issues.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Estimated hiring range: $96,500–$137,000 annually.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
