Real Estate Accounting Manager

A leading investment firm is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations for both close-ended and open-ended funds, ensuring adherence to GAAPServe as the primary contact for investor inquiries, maintaining investor documents and knowledgeInterpret and summarize complex legal documents, including partnership and lender agreementsOversee monthly close activities, including validation of asset management fees and fund-level debt compliancePrepare fund carried interest calculations and manage fund-level cash flow needsDevelop and document policies and procedures related to fund accounting functions and internal controlsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred4-7 years of private equity fund accounting experience, preferably with real estate exposureProficiency in US GAAP and investment accountingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
