React Developer

Front-end React Developer We’re looking for a Front-End Developer to help build intuitive, high-quality user experiences for our web applications. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, and backend engineers to translate ideas and Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience building web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices Experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces across devices Experience with front-end testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and component/integration testing best practices Experience translating Figma (or similar design tools) into high-quality, polished user interfaces Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and browser behavior Experience with state management patterns (e.g., Context API or similar) Experience working with component libraries or design systems Familiarity with Node.js and modern package management tools Experience with source control and CI/CD workflows (Git, Azure DevOps or similar) Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills in modern web applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams Nice to Have Experience with WebSockets or real-time data handling Familiarity with front-end performance optimization and architecture patterns Familiarity with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Module Federation, ESLint, Prettier) Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences Translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible UI components with strong visual fidelity Integrate front-end applications with APIs and services Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Equal Opportunity Employer Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Software development: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Durham, NH 03824 (Required) Work Location: In person
