The Role
As ourHotel General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full operation of the property—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.
You’ll set the tone, build the culture, and lead a team that’s proud to wear the logo.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead daily hotel operations with a hands‑on, people‑first approach
Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance
Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team
