Board-Certified Dermatologist - Relocation assistance/ Sign-on bonus available Location: Tampa, Spring Hill & Brooksville, FloridaEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview An established and expanding dermatology practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board-Certified Dermatologist to join a busy, patient-centered team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in general medical dermatology and the ability to diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions, ranging from acute and chronic disorders to benign and malignant skin diseases. This role is well-suited for a physician who values collaboration, prioritizes patient education, and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based dermatologic care across diverse patient populations.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide variety of skin conditions Provide a collaborative Supervising Physician role, as applicable Perform comprehensive skin examinations and implement appropriate treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records Utilize EMR systems effectively Educate patients on preventive skincare and treatment options Ensure compliance with state laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes Required Qualifications Board-Certified in Dermatology Active Florida medical license Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution Strong clinical expertise in general dermatology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients Strong leadership and problem-solving skills High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Malpractice insurance coverage Relocation assistance Sign-on bonus
