As a clinical practitioner, you'll coordinate and implement patient care tailored to diverse age groups in a fast-paced environment. \n\n- What You Will Do: \n - Deliver quality patient care efficiently and safely. \n - Collaborate with medical staff, physicians, and families to ensure exceptional outcomes. \n - Exhibit performance aligned with the organization's mission and goals. \n - Maintain high standards of clinical practice and professionalism. \n\n- Minimum Qualifications: \n - Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. \n - Certifications: \n - Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license. \n - BLS Certification from AHA required. \n - ACLS Certification from AHA required. \n - PALS Certification from AHA required (or ENPC). \n - TNCC or ATCN required. \n - CPI or Equivalent preferred. \n\n- Skills: \n - Current knowledge and skills appropriate for the patient population served. \n - Strong communication skills tailored to the developmental age of patients. \n - Sensitivity to patients' rights in care delivery.\n\n- Work Environment: \n - Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. \n - Clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment. \n - Flexible working hours due to schedule changes and emergencies. \n\n- Physical Requirements: \n - Ability to handle emergency situations effectively. \n - Prolonged standing and walking required. \n - Heavy physical effort to move patients, equipment, and supplies. \n - Good manual dexterity and fine motor coordination.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
