Seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our thriving, physician-led practice--Well-established team of pediatricians and support staff--Pediatricians with their own panel of patients whom they get to know well. Partnership track encouraged.--Typical work week is 4.5 days, including an equal rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays--Overnight nurse triage system to take phone calls.--Typical patient volume of approximately 20 patients per full day--Allscripts EMR--Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students if desired--Ideal start time: late summer or fall 2026--Medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance and disability insurance--Malpractice insurance--401K retirement plan and pension plan--Annual paid time off--$160k starting base salary, plus productivity-based incentive pay--Required: BC/BE ABP, Ability to obtain Maryland medical license, CDS license and DEA license
