Job Description About the Role:Join Kiddie Round-Up Inc as a PreK 3 Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! We are seeking a passionate educator who is ready to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones in Austin, TX at 2 Harmony Public School Campuses: Harmony Science Academy; 930 E Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX 78753 and Harmony School of Innovation; 2100 E St Elmo Rd Suite A, Austin, TX 78744. This is a PreK partnership between and Early Childhood Learning Center and a Public School District. Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development.Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively.Participate in ongoing professional development and training.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.Valid teaching certification or license for PreK education.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for early childhood education and child development.Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.Knowledge of child safety and health regulations.Team player with a positive attitude and a love for children.About Us:Kiddie Round-Up Inc is excited to be a part of the Austin community, dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education.
