Must be local to Atlanta to be consideredAlpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)No 3rd parties/C2C allowed18-Month ContractWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support platform initiatives focused on APIs, integrations, authentication, infrastructure, and customer connectivity within a large-scale insurance technology environment.This role is ideal for someone who has experience working closely with engineering teams on enterprise platforms, technical integrations, and data-driven products.ResponsibilitiesOwn and support roadmap initiatives related to platform infrastructure and connectivityCollaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver technical product enhancementsDefine and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and integration needsSupport customer onboarding and enterprise connectivity workflowsWork with REST APIs, SOAP services, and authentication methods including OAuth2 and SAMLAnalyze product and operational data to drive improvements and platform optimizationParticipate in agile product delivery and continuous process improvementQualifications4–5+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experienceExperience with APIs, integrations, authentication protocols, or enterprise platformsStrong understanding of REST/SOAP services and technical product environmentsExperience working closely with engineering teams in agile environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics/reporting tools preferredPreferred BackgroundInsurance technologyFintech or risk/fraud platformsEnterprise SaaS or data platformsTechnical BA or Solutions Analyst backgrounds transitioning into Product Management
