Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.Responsibilities & QualificationsStrong claims organizations are built by strong leaders. We're looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Manager to lead a team of claim professionals while helping shape strategy, develop talent, and drive exceptional service for our customers.In this role, you'll oversee a team handling workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution, serving as a trusted resource on complex claim matters while providing coaching and support to help team members grow in their careers. You'll have the opportunity to influence both day-to-day claim operations and larger department initiatives, using data, trends, and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate team successes.Beyond claims expertise, we're seeking a leader who enjoys developing people. Whether it's mentoring adjusters, guiding performance conversations, building team capability, or helping employees reach their next career milestone, you'll play a key role in fostering a high-performing and engaged team.The ideal candidate brings several years of workers' compensation claim handling experience, proven leadership success, and the ability to balance customer service, claim quality, and business results. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
