Quality and Safety Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality and Safety. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of quality and safety initiatives, including planning and reporting Prepare monthly quality reports and support internal and external quality meetings Maintain documentation and assist with onboarding workflows for clinicians Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical quality reporting and analysis or healthcare program management Experience in a healthcare environment focused on clinical quality and compliance Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally Knowledge of patient safety and strategies to improve clinical outcomes
