We are looking for a skilled *SharePoint Developer/Engineer (Web Developer)* to support development, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions for federal programs. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in web development, SharePoint configuration, and UI/UX principles to deliver user-friendly and secure applications.
*Responsibilities*
* Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications.
* Implement web-based solutions to improve collaboration and business processes.
* Apply *UI/UX principles* to optimize user experience and interface design.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint environments.
* Ensure compliance with DHS standards, security policies, and accessibility requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
*Qualifications*
* *Minimum 5 years of experience* in SharePoint development/engineering or web development.
* *Active DHS clearance* (required).
* Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and customization.
