If you thrive in a high-growth, results-driven environment and want to lead a best-in-class sales and marketing organization, this is your opportunity.Position SummaryThe Director of Sales, player-coach leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility across all SERVPRO Team Shaw markets. You will own the full go-to-market function: directly managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Field Marketing Representatives, and serving as a strategic collaborator with the National Accounts team. You will set the vision, build the systems, and hold the team accountable for hitting — and exceeding — ambitious growth targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & BDR Management· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives and Field Marketing Representatives across DFW and Texas markets — setting quotas, running pipeline reviews, and building a culture of accountability and urgency.· Own the full sales cycle framework: prospecting, relationship development, closing strategies, and CRM discipline in Salesforce.· Personally carry a strategic book of business for key accounts and center-of-influence relationships (property managers, insurance carriers, adjusters, facility managers, commercial real estate firms).· Analyze territory performance and redistribute resources to maximize market penetration and revenue per location.· Host and attend professional association events, lunch-and-learns, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate brand presence.Field Marketing Oversight· Build and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals — including local campaigns, digital presence, community sponsorships, and direct outreach programs.· Oversee content and collateral development that supports BDR prospecting and brand differentiation.· Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and campaign measurement frameworks.· Partner with operations leadership to ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects service capabilities and the SERVPRO brand standards.· Drive lead generation initiatives across all verticals: residential, commercial, large loss, specialty services.National Accounts Collaboration· Serve as the primary liaison between local/regional sales and the National Accounts team — ensuring alignment on strategy, pricing, service delivery, and escalation protocols.· Support pursuit and onboarding of national commercial clients with localized execution plans.· Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to the National Accounts team to strengthen proposal development and relationship management.· Coordinate joint account reviews, SLA reporting, and executive relationship touchpoints for key national accounts in the Texas markets.Revenue Operations & Reporting· Own the sales and marketing P&L, forecasting, and reporting cadence — weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance dashboards, and quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.· Partner with Operations to ensure seamless handoffs between sales and production, maintaining exceptional client experience from first contact through project completion.· Utilize Salesforce as the single source of truth for all activity, pipeline, and performance data — and hold the team to the same standard.· Identify and develop new revenue channels including specialty services (large loss, asbestos, mold, reconstruction) and emerging market segments.Client Experience & Brand Advocacy· Champion the client experience at every stage — from initial emergency response through final reconstruction — ensuring SERVPRO Team Shaw is the trusted partner clients return to and refer.· Resolve escalated client issues proactively and turn service challenges into loyalty-building moments.· Represent the company with professionalism in all client, community, and media-facing contexts.Position QualificationsRequired· 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a player-coach or sales management role.·Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that consistently meet or exceed quota.· Experience developing and executing field marketing strategies tied to measurable revenue outcomes.· Strong business acumen — able to read P&Ls, build forecasts, and hold the team accountable to financial targets.· Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM;
