Picker/Packer Warehouse

Overview: ● Picking: Removing items from shelves to fulfill customer orders ● Inspecting: Ensuring products are undamaged and of good quality ● Packing: Adding cushioning materials, taping, and labeling the package ● Stocking: Keeping shelves stocked and unstocked ● Processing shipments: Tracking and documenting shipment arrival and departure times ● Updating records: Showing that the order has been fulfilled Other duties may include: Moving and sorting goods, Counting and recording stock levels, Monitoring product quality, and Keeping the work area clean and safe. Picker packers may need to perform tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. They should also be detail-oriented to ensure the correct items and quantities are picked.
