Personal Assistant/Family Office Assistant Type: 1099 contract, part-time hourly, remote Pay: $20- $30/hour, depending on experience Hours: 10-20/week Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal & Executive Assistant to support a busy family and their associated business operations. This part-time, primarily remote role blends personal, household, and executive administrative support, requiring someone who can seamlessly manage calendars, logistics, and day-to-day coordination while maintaining discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling both personal and business tasks in a dynamic environment, with the ability to anticipate needs, create efficient systems, and keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Family & Household Support Coordinate and manage family logistics, including school schedules, children’s activities, and transportation needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations Support meal planning, household sourcing and procurement, and provide light meal preparation as needed Run personal errands locally and manage time-sensitive household tasks with efficiency and discretion Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to family members, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues Plan and coordinate family and social events, handling logistics from scheduling through executionManage incoming mail and document logistics, ensuring timely distribution, organization, and follow-up Maintain proactive communication with family members and leadership to align priorities across personal and business needs Partner closely with leadership to ensure cohesion and coordination between household operations and business responsibilities through strong organization and forward planning Calendar & Scheduling Manage personal and professional calendars Schedule appointments and manage reminders Coordinate personal and business travel (flights, lodging, itineraries, transportation) Executive & Business Support Provide executive-level administrative support Assist with proposal writing and business correspondence Support sourcing, procurement, and vendor coordination Organize documents and maintain digital and remote operating systems Create and improve systems for organization and automation Serve as a proxy, executive point of contact for processing and expedition of time sensitive matters. Systems & Organization Maintain structured filing systems (physical and digital) Organize workflows and operating systems for efficiency Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information Bonus / Value-Add Skills (Not Required) Graphic design and social media management Interior design or home project coordination Hospitality or concierge-style service experience Qualifications Experience or measurable skills & tools as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Family Office Assistant Ai workflow implementation and technology proficiency Notary or qualifications/willingness to expedite credentials (business to reimburse) Strong organizational and time-management skills Demonstrates exceptional resourcefulness and sound judgment, proactively identifying solutions and gathering necessary information without requiring step-by-step direction. Translates high-level concepts or minimal guidance into structured plans and fully executed deliverables. Operates with an ownership mindset — anticipating needs, resolving obstacles independently, and driving initiatives forward to completion. High level of discretion and professionalism Comfortable managing both personal and business tasks remotely Valid driver’s license and ability to handle occasional local errands Ability to work flexible hours as needed Schedule & Work Environment Part-time role (anticipated 15–25 hours per week) Primarily remote Local logistical support in the Atlanta area as needed
