Willing to obtain allowed for PALS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Emergency Room in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment ERM skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Facility in the past 6 months.Additional Confirmations Telemetry and dysrhythmia management, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and on-unit telemetry monitoring is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in IV insulin and heparin protocols, including titration of insulin drips, is required.Additional Confirmations Renal failure management experience is required.Additional Confirmations Experience managing and titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips is required.Additional Confirmations Blood product administration experience is required.Additional Confirmations Tracheostomy care and management experience is required.Additional Confirmations Rapid response team utilization experience is required.Additional Confirmations Wound care and wound vac experience is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in non-invasive airway management, including BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, nasal cannula, and high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), is required.Additional Confirmations Central line care and management experience is required.Additional Confirmations Continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) experience is required.Additional Confirmations CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) patient experience is required.Additional Confirmations Feeding tube care and management experience is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in isolation precautions and PPE is required.Additional Confirmations PCA experience is required.Additional Confirmations Peripheral line care and management experience is required.Additional Confirmations Phlebotomy experience is required.Additional Confirmations PICC line management experience is required.Additional Confirmations Procedural sedation administration and monitoring experience is required.Additional Confirmations Experience starting and maintaining IVs is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season.
